I saw the episode on ABC Family earlier tonight that Stephanie was doing the hulla-hop and she was singing a Barry Manilow song called "I Write the Songs". I actually love that song.:) There was also a part where Stephanie was getting married under age. The show did have a 3rd season intro not the 2nd season intro. Because syndication made a simple mistake putting the 3rd season theme of the 2nd season show.

Wow!!

I never knew that "I Write the Songs" was a real song? I'm learning about a lot of these songs I did not even were real existing songs until reading this board. Interesting! :D

The song "I Write the Songs" was sung by Barry Manilow. That same year, Barry parodied the song with new lyrics by Rick Sklar (program director at WABC radio) and it was called "Give Once for All". Barry's original version was from "Robert W. Mogan's Special of the Week: Barry Manilow" taken from Reelradio's website, http://www.reelradio.com/morgan/manilow.html.
