just in case they made a live action SP, who do you think would be good in the parts? a friend and I jokingly "cast" much of the movie, mostly from looks and how we think they'd handle the parts. Yes, they'd all be adults playing the kids, but still... if they pulled it off with Scooby Doo, why not here?

as Stan... Hal Sparks (he'd probably do it too)
as Kyle... Johnny Galecki (originally thought him as Stan, but he is more Kyle)
as Cartman... Mike O'Malley (it's perfect, when you look at Mike on Yes Dear, he looks like Cartman, and I could see him playing the part)
as Kenny... Benjamin McKenzie (it's the eyes especially, Kenny is a character defined by the eyes)
as Timmy... Giovanni Ribisi (he has shown a talent for playing mentally handicapped characters, and he sorta looks like Timmy)
as Jimmy... John Mayer (dunno how John acts, but he looks it)
as Pip... James Marsters (if you've seen the "before he was a vampire" episodes of Buffy with Spike, you'd see it)
as Shelly... Sara Gilbert (she could play this well, plus imagine the irony of her being Johnny Galecki's bully sister)
as Bebe... Emma Caulfield (I think she reminds me of her)
as Mr. Garrison... Elton John (absolutely perfect)
as Mr. Slave... the Village People leather mustache guy (I think Mr. Slave was a parody of him anyways)
as Chef... Mr. T
as Ned... Billy Bob Thornton (especially if he uses the Sling Blade voice)
as Jimbo... Dave Coulier (resembles Jimbo in the face)
as Kenny's Dad... Billy Ray Cyrus (seems very Billy Ray-ish)

who do you pick as Kyle, Butters, the parents, etc... IF there was a movie like this? Who else would you choose in other characters? lol
