I'm trying to locate the episode in which Florence is listening in on a phone conversation between a man who is trying to sell George some vans which have been in a flood. I've looked at the synopsis at TVTome and couldn't find it. This may not have been the primary plot of the episode, but I remember the scene very well because after George throws the man out he is hugging and kissing all over Florence and she tells him: "You got yourself a maid, but I ain't that kind of maid!". Classic

Thanks,
Chad

Yep, that's the episode where Florence moves in with the Jeffersons and becomes their full-time maid.

Thanks for the help guys, I remember the episode now as it is the one where George is going on about how nosy Florence is !

Now, I'm happy and sad because I know the episode, but it is not on DVD yet. Why don't these people get their rear end in gear and release the next season of The Jeffersons, Good Times, and All In The Family. They cranked out Dick Van Dyke like the world was coming to an end or something, while we have to wait a damn year or more for another season

Chad
