The removal of one's facial features with an office supply is an awful thing.

Ticonderoga is simply the brand name of the pencil. It's the same as your standard pencil you use with an eraser.

Doing that could seriously damage a person's eye, possibly blinding them. Some people can be so cruel. Glad that's never happend to me. I'd never do something like that. Gouging out someone's eye with a pencil, what has the world come to? Ticonderoga is the brand name of a pencil.

I felt sorry for Jen in this thread. She seems to be a nice person, and she did get quite a bit of stick. I know some people were annoyed that she was criticising the thread because it was only intended as a sarcastic joke, but still...people seemed to get at her quite a bit and reading it, I felt sorry for her.

Thank you. I appreciate that. Seeing this thread brought back is an unpleasant reminder of what this thread was about. I'm sorry that when this thread was created I didn't realize it was a joke. Having said that though, I think people were way too hard on me about it.
