I agree with both of these. The first LOTR was okay but it wasn't THAT GREAT. Two Towers I could never finish, so I didn't bother with Return Of The King. I think they are incredibly overrated.

I also loved the first Matrix but hated the sequels

Out of Time
Braveheart
Any Mary Kate and Ashley film
Beverly Hills Cop sequels
Breakin' and Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo
ET (I've seen it many times- haven't watched it in a few years- but I could just never get into that film!)
Dude Where's My Car (why was that film made!?)

That's pretty much all I can think off- usually I'll only watch a film, knowing beforehand I'll probably like it. Occassionally- my judgement is wrong

The Nutty Professor 2: That film was just not needed at all- no point for a sequel, and you could tell they were trying really hard to find an excuse for a comeback within the plot

Daddy Daycare: Eddy Murphy is just awful now

I agree, Bowfinger was his last great movie IMO. Not counting his voice work in Shrek

Blue Crush: The acting was vile and the script was painful.

Love Actually: Complete crap apart from Martine McCutcheon, hard to follow.

The Whole Nine Yards: Garbage. I will not be watching the sequel.

Lord of the Rings Trilogy: Most over-rated thing EVER.

I agree. My whole family LOVES the LOTR trilogy, I guess I'm the odd man out :p . I think the LOTR movies are 2 things: LONG and BORING (Long+Boring= :sleep2: , I've never made it through one LOTR film without having to take a nap...).

I could never really understand the appeal of LOTR.
