I think Carol Brady on the Brady Bunch was a good stepmom to the boys. She treated them as her own.

Archie and Edith Bunker were good surrogate parents to Stephanie on AITF.

Good call on Christine's relationship with Kelly. The thing I like about their relationship they acted more like sisters than stepmom and stepdaughter. Christine did not come off trying to be Kelly's mom but more of Kelly's friend.
