Okay when I was talking to Dee I had a idea. Why not start a online petition for DvD's and Vhs tapes? So I found a place to host it all I need help on is this part:

We, the undersigned, believe that "Head of the Class" should be available to purchase on VHS and DVD. It is a timeless and classic show from the 80's which deserves its due. It is also unfair how some shows that are barely on for a year immediately get VHS/DVD release, regardless of how popular or not they happen to be. A show like "Head of the Class" needs to be given fair treatment, too.

I think a good number would be 200 people it may be very hard but bthat seems good to me. I know it would be better if 1,000 people were on it....but lets hope for the best:D

I signed the petition too! It was a great idea to make it Raye and thanks so much for doing it, hopefully it works and helps lol! Also hopefully lots more people will sign it, I'll see if I can get more people to sign it too lol.

no nothings guaranteed but its better if people know you want it. Right now Im sure nobody even thinks about HOTC.:(

Hi guys!! I know I haven't been here in a while (shame on me!!!:o ), but I just signed the petition. I want "HOTC" on DVD. I think the reason why people don't remember "HOTC" much is because: it was on 4:30AM, N@N didn't always show the eps in order and didn't air every ep in every season (there were are a lot of gaps - practically the entire Eric-Simone relationship was barely touched upon in the N@N eps, and those were the eps where the show had some of its strongest points).

Has anyone checked TVShowsOnDVD.com to see how many votes "HOTC" has gotten? I voted for it once, but I haven't checked lately (I lost my password, I'll have to get a new one). With all the other shows the're releasing on DVD, why not "HOTC?"

I just learned that Alf and Who's the Boss were just put on DVD. WHAT? HotC is way better than those two combined! Now come on, we really need to push for this DVD to happen!

I agree, HOTC definately should be put on dvd and SOON lol. Its not fair that others are getting on dvd but not this show yet. At least its a start or good in that at least some 80's tv shows are now finally getting put on dvd, and maybe its hope that HOTC will get put on dvd soon too. It was also frusterating seeing that Nick@Nite started airing Who's the boss AND that show is getting on dvd! So why cant they put HOTC back on the air AND put it on dvd too?!

Things are going decently with the petition. Don't know what I'm going to do for other HOTC plans at the moment...I'm still in thought process.

I started a new job recently at the library, and so far I like it. I finally got internet access at HOME, so I can finally get online almost whenever I want to. I have to take the GRE in a little over 2 weeks...ack!

Also, I saw "Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle" Sunday...the move is extremely stupid, but I loved every minute of it. It was hilarious! There I discovered Kal Penn, who plays Kumar. He is so sexy and fine and whoa! He's got potential to make it. I started a thread about him in the Joher boards, and I hope it gets hits...real ones, not the nonsense some people have been posting, if ya know what I mean. Kal seems to have a true following, unlike some people who thought they did but truly didn't, once again, if ya know what I mean. Anyways, that's what I've been up to these past couple of weeks.:wave:

I like my new library job. I am either labeling new items, or delivering them to different depts., or prepping old (I mean from 1800s to god knows when) items to be discarded. No one is gossipy or mean (at least not yet), and the boss brings in home-baked things. It's a part time job, so my hours are shorter and I get a three-day weekend. :cool:

Yes, Kal Penn is hot. I caught him and John Cho on Leno (it was a repeat) around 4am a few days ago. They were talking about their experiences with prejudiced casting agents (and Ashley Judd, who was also a guest, was over-sympathizing). I don't want to do a huge page on him (I really didn't intend on doing one at all), but I want to do a simple one with links. He was going to be on a sitcom called "Nearly Nirvana" (it was to air on NBC, about an Indian-American doctor and his white wife, and how his relatives move in on them), but he got replaced by Arj Barker after they filmed the pilot, so I heard. So much for possibly getting a weekly fix of him. :lol:

I am training to be an ESOL tutor (English for Speakers of Other Languages), and I have three more sessions left. I'm going to find out who I got matched with Monday. I signed up to be matched with an Indian college student (hopefully male!), but we'll see...

As for the movie, I've heard NOTHING since the "premiere" (of a very rough cut along with other students' works). I've gotta get in touch.

Then the 1990 Christmas episode from TV Land, the 2 part Russia episode, the ep when Darlene finds out she is a relative of Sally Hemmings back in 2001 for Black history month. Then aquired some more eps from seasons one and two in 2003 at 4am in the morning.

Look at the logos and compare. The first logo in the bottom right corner is from a NOVEMBER 2000 airing of the show as it aired part of game show marathon theme on NAN. It says "at". (NOVEMBER 2000)

The logo in the second pic has an "@" symbol in the logo instead of an "at". (MARCH 2003)


The avid NAN viewer knows that the network changed the logo later down the line.
