I wanted to know as Cheers ever on TBS because it did well in the ratings and TBS is extremely attacted to shows that do well in the ratings. That is why i am asking because i am curious about it.

No it was not on TBS.

Well of course they like shows that do good in the ratings.
Why would they want shows that get low ratings?!
