I am watching "They Started on Soaps 2" on Soapnet and they had a great little segment about Steven Webber. I never knew that he starred on As the World Turns with Julianne Moore, and that he and Julianne's character were a "supercouple" on that soap. I think that's cool,and I love that Soapnet referred to Wings as a "primetime" hit :)

It's strange, but somehow I simply cannot picture Steven Weber on a soap opera! I just can't see him as a "soap" character without him braking into SOME kind of Brian-like silliness!

I could easily see Rebecca Schull on a soap (playing a "motherly" character), and I think that Tim Daly actually DID appear on a soap (as a doctor), but I could be wrong. I can imagine TIM on a soap, but not Steven.....but then Steven always HAS been full of surprises when it comes to acting roles!
