Those are avatars. You can either pick one from the gallery here or find a favorite picture somewhere. Then, you have to upload it to a webpage (like www.photobucket.com) and download it here. The only thing is that it has to be up to 100x 100 pixels in size:)

Actually it can be 150x150.
