In "Larry's Sister" ep., Larry punches Jack when he thought that Jack had something with his sister, and my question is, what IF Jack & Larry's sister really did end up together, why would that bother Larry? He should be happy for them!

Of course it would. How would like to be in Larry's shoes?Your sister dating your best friend?Hey,I just had a thought, this would've made a better Three's A Crowd don't you think?

I would understand if Larry would be upset at first if he thinks Jack is taking advantage of his sister on the first date, but what if Jack & his sis really got along and decided to see more of each other, shouldn't Larry be happy? Also agree with the idea of Three's A Crowd would have been really FUNNY with Jack, Larry's sis, and Larry!!

Yeah , thats a good idea for Threes A Crowd! But Larry was really overprotective of his sister and he knew how Jack was with his women and thats why he was scared , its like the same story with Janet and her sister.

Because it would have been WEIRD for Jack to sleep with Larry's 18 year sister. Now if she was in the same age bracket as Jack and Larry maybe so.

I think Larry's behavior was understandable. I'm sure he swapped stories with Jack about their 'wild dates,' so he probably thought Jack was doing the same things to his sister that he did with other girls. IMO, if they had gone out for awhile, I think Larry would've realized that it wasn't all about sex and would've been more accepting.

that it was actually Larry's idea for Jack to SHOW his sister Diane(was that her name?) a good time, and Jack was a total GENTLEMEN to his sister! I guess when Jack & Diane sneaked off together in the middle of the night, it did gave Larry good reason to freak out! But I did think Larry went overboard, when he didn't believe his own sister after she explained to him that nothing happened between her & Jack, but I'm glad everything was resolved at the end!
And did anyone noticed that Janet look just as upset as Larry, but Terri didn't seem as upset? Maybe Janet was a little jealous or was flooded with memories when she caught Jack "sleeping" with her sister?

i always found it very bizzare that jack dating janet sister or larry sister caused so much uproar between jack and /larry-janet. i can't immagine anyone being that close to someone as a respectable as jack jump to those conclusions. in real life if someone pulled that on me i wouldn't want them as close friends.
i think it was a slap in the face to jack, someone who is your close friend will not only trust you, but wouldnt question your honor as well.//////////now speaking of larry and diane -all of thier family are darker toon skin greeks and spoke mainly broken english. granted we never met his parents...you would think they
would have the most of the same ethnic similarities as thier relatives. he did specifically say his whole family is greek.

I always say "Poor Jack!" everytime they would jump to the wrong conclusion about him but I always love it when Jack proves them wrong and they end up saying their sorry to him at the end.

I did thought it was strange the big uproar Larry & Janet created about Jack being with their sisters when it turned out to be completely innocent at the end. I remember when Jack had to put up with his sleazeball brother Lee getting Chrissy plastered after their first date together and them making out in the front door! Sheesh!

OK, this my be off the topic( yeh but thats what makes it fun sometimes) wasnt bizzare how jack and larry needed to medical attention when larry knocks out jack...even though terri-A REGISTERED NURSE is standing right there. now later jack's face is injury free and larry's hand wasnt even swelled up. then when jack knocked out that tv producer's husband, or punched out that big cop...amazing no one suffered any injuries. on the other hand when chrissy fell and bumped her head, she might have been facing brain damage or death, how funny is that. anyone who knows about blows to the head would realize a concussion occurs most of the time. i guess all that THG growth hormone they all were taking must have helped.

BuffaloBill:) Also just remembered when John actually knocked himself out, when he hit his head underneath the table in one scene, and the audience thought it was part of the act and applauded! Poor John!:(

Sorry, I don't know the name of the episode, but I remember in the Entertainment Tonight John Ritter Remembered Special, they talked a little bit about the time how John was knocked himself cold & when he woke up, he asked what happened? Also wonder the name of the episode. :)

From what I recall from a posting on this board, Jack knocked himself out in "A Night Not To Remember" where he went out with Janet and a salesman to a bar. Jack (having a cold) gets plastered and slips under the table banging his head.

Of course later in the episode is when he breaks Janet's Grandmother"s vase!
