Hello everyone, I'm new here.

Just wanted to discuss my personal Full House DVD project I'm currently working on.

I've got my computer set up with an ATI Radeon 9600Pro vid card with S-video/AV video input and an 8x Plextor DVD burner. I'm in the process of recording each Nick at Night and ABC Family broadcast every night. Once I get both the NAN and ABCF versions of any one episode, I edit each episode with Roxio DVD Builder to try and form the most complete episode possible.

For instance, whenever possible I use the NAN feeds to eliminate the sloppy commercial editing of ABCF. If NAN deletes a scene that ABCF includes, I reinsert that scene, and vice-versa (i.e. the diaper scene of the pilot). I pull the original credits/tags from the NAN feed since ABCF edits these out. Of course, sometimes scenes or teasers are edited out of both feeds. In this case, I'm just out of luck. I can fit about 5 episodes per DVD.

I was wondering if anyone else has completed or are in the middle of a similar project. Any advice would be appreciated, and I am more than willing to share my experiences too.

I've thought about doing that before, but I haven't started just yet. What I'm doing right now is asking around on various eDonkey2000 network TV show trading websites if anyone outside of North America is willing to put them on the file sharing program.

Barring that, I might consider doing something like that, though I'm still trying to work out kinks having to do with capturing the video.
