I find Doug to be really annoying in at least one instance in every episode.

I also find Spence somewhat annoying as Patton Oswalt is the most irritating human being on the planet. I almost had a heart attack when he unexpectedly appeared during the disco scene in "Starsky and Hutch."

Deacon can also be annoying.

The only character that is really supposed to be annoying is Arthur, who doesn't annoy me at all.

Carrie and Arthur are my fav characters, along with miner characters like Holly, who is usually funny in the few scenes she has. Nicole Sullivan is the funniest woman on Earth!

I like all the characters but if anyone is annoying it has to be danny, he just sucks and I would love to see Richie come back to the show.

Holly and Kelly seem to be the most annoying to me. I just love Arthur, i could watch him all day long. He is terrific.

I definately agree with you about Kelly. I have never liked her since I first laid eyes on her. She's not even remotely funny. :thumbsdow

She was like ''I'm not Bilgistic at all, you are" lol, i love that part.

Danny is by far the worst and most annoying character on the show.

I also don't care much for Doug's parents, the Sacksky neighbors, or Spence's mother. Holly can get annoying at times.

Danny!! Nepotism at its worst.

Although Kelly isn't funny she doesn't annoy me in the way that Danny does. Other than that, no-one does.
