I was wondering if anyone remembers the episode "The drive-in"
where Charlie and Irving do their little "buns on a burger" routine.
Do the girls do the splits during the dance or am I thinking of another episode. I only ask because it wasn't in the DVD episode and I'm worried it's been altered.

No, but there's an obvious off-screen bump-and-grind that the girls do (signified by the shocked expressions...and literal bowling-over...of Fred, Wilma, Barney, and Betty {it's even worse when Wilma and Betty do it for our boys at the nightclub in the episode's denoument.}) when they sing the line "Our burgers can't be beat/ 'cause we grind our own meat/grind-grind-grind-grind-grind"...(how they got away with SUGGESTING a bump-and-grind on a 1960s cartoon show baffles me to this day...but not much!:D )

I just saw the "Arthur Quarry's Dance Class" episode and I may have been thinking of the entrance by the proprietor where she does a quick spin and leap then lands in the splits position in front of Fred and Barney.
