does anyone else feel the sixth season of Friends doesn't quite get it's due? To me, this season ranks as highly as seasons 1 and 4. At least the first half of the season.

I've been watching the DVD and I'm still kinda shocked that TOW Ross Gets High isn't one of the fan-favorites. I think the second half of the episode may be the funniest moments Friends has ever had, if not at least up there with the funniest.

Season 7 is still another story though, that season is too spotty tho it does have it's moments, mostly in the second half

I've never felt Season 6 was underrated. Most people I know seem to enjoy it. I think there are a few episodes in the middle that people don't care for (TOW Phoebe Runs, TOW Apothecary Table, etc.) but on a whole, it's pretty well liked. Oh, and then there's the Elizabeth/Ross arc which has its moments, but is very creepy.

I think the Ross/Rachel marriage arc is their funniest arc. Everything leading up to and including TOW On the Last Night with all the moving out stuff is wonderful--who can forget Cups?

TOW Ross Got High is absolutely hilarious as the Gellars are the funniest guest stars the show has and they fit into the Thanksgiving mold perfectly.

I also love TOW the Unagi and think it's the best of the season, with tons of great moments and some of the best Ross moments ever--DANGER!

But, yes, Season 7 isn't very good on a whole. When I bought the DVDs, I scanned the cover and realized how weak, on a whole, the season was.

Season six is my favorite because this is when Monica became hysterically loud and obnoxious, which I love! It is also when the show matured. The first half of the series is good, but the second half of the series is when the show grew up and became comfort food, to me anyways. I just like the feel of seasons 6-10 better then seasons 1-5. So season six is a turning point for me and a great season!

6th season is okay. Definitely better than seasons 9 or 10. 7th was funnier to me, although they acted kind of silly then.
