I think i would have had Jack, Janet, Terri, Larry, and Mr. Furley spend one last evening together at the Reagle Beagle talking about the old times they shared over the years with some clips from past eps. It's a shame the Reagle Beagle could not be seen ONE LAST TIME.

Okay , I love answering this question! Okay , first of all , have Chrissy , Cindy , and the Ropers visit to see Jack and his bistro. ( And maybe Lana too ) Then , have Terri meet a guy who she really likes and they get married. For Larry , maybe he could have had a steady g/f or something. For RF , have him win the lottery and own the building! For Jack and Janet , well .. THEY GET TOGETHER OF COURSE!!! Lol , thats my version!

It couldn't have been Chrissy because she was no longer on the show from a dispute with producers. But seeing Cindy caused Jack to drop a tray of Food would have been funny

It would have been nice to have the Ropers visit and Jack finally tell Mr. Roper that he's not gay. I agree that they should have had characters from the past come back, since it seems odd that they could have completely forgotten about all these people.
It would have also have been good for Mr. Furley to have a happier ending. It must have been sad for him with his best friends leaving and no spin-off or guest-star appearances on TAC in his future.

Well , everyones limited to their opinion , and you started this thread. BTW , I know Chrissy couldve have visited , I would have loved to see her , but with SS and her husband and those dumb producers , there was no way.

I agree Furley should have had a more happy ending. Atleast a women in his life. There was one woman Mr. Furley went to the beach with but you never saw any follow up-LOL

try on this for size guys and gals/lets say you have the same cast
of characters going in to the final episodes of tc. phillip, vickey in the mix, but no mr bradford.......phillip in a way was better suited for terri. terri???? yes terri, think about it .they were both well educated, were career oriented, and both were rather conservative and soft spoken. present the same senerio with terri being the inheriter, with the same plot but taking less time to develop--say more of a sub plot in the final episodes...ok terri and phil together-married final episode-one sub plot down 2 to go.....vickey sweet girl, a bit nieve, but tradional in family values---so what her connection- rf---what??? rf as in his long lost daughter. furley he a brief fling w love of his life many moons ago...she bacame wealthy, many husbands only child vickey. vickey finds out she was not adopted, seeks the truth ..ends up furley is her father...now furley is a multi millionare-she leaves all her weath to her daughter vickey and rf- vickey tells furley her mom's family never accepted him, forced her never to tell truth about daughter. she moves into building in which rf buys from brother...and he finds love in a daughter and now has the $ he always wanted. so this leaves us with two people uhm lets see ..oh jack and janet...terri convinces janet happiness is right in front of her eyes with jack. now they go out...on the next to last episode jack admits to her he loves her all these years but was affraid to ruin the relationship...they bring together there lost love that night...spend the night together. furley buys them a condo by the beach. is all for jack and janets new found love. at the end furley tells jack and janet this is what he had hoped for all these years. then he tells jack its the best girl you ever dated. and rf admits to jack in his sarcastic and crazy manor " you didn't think you were fooling rf all these years, of course i know all along you were gay....what do think i am STUPID..so that's it there's you finally...include the ropers, cindy, and you have a double wedding at the regal begal-with the bartenders of corse...mention chrissy, jack's parents, and janets parents couldn't be there for this shotgun wedding. oh as for larry- he'll always be a batchlor.

yea! tell it brotha! i like that a lot!

RF should deff. own the building and get one up on bart. also there should be a reagle beagle shot. good points guys!

besides that, in short to me an ending would be-

jack and janet get together.. no spin off

larry and RF still live in the building, bond with one another and go for a spin off of wackiness.

phillip and terri, sure!

throw in a surprise visit by Chrissy and the Ropers..

and no vicky (sorry)

BAM my idea of an ending ep.

Janet gets married to Phillip, moves out of the apartment. Meanwhile, Bart sells the place to the Ropers. Mr. Furley loses his job, gets a part time job at Jack's Bistro. Terri moves to Hawaii. Larry loses his job as a car salesman, gets a job at a car wash. Jack gets two roomates Larry and Mr. Furley! Only Mr. Furley still thinks that Jack is gay no matter how many girls Jack hits on. Helen is seperated from Stanley, but they both live downstairs, Helen is looking to hook up with Furley and thats the spinoff. Call it Jack's Bistro since most of the show takes place at the restaurant.

For starters it would have been great to see the Ropers, Chrissy, Cindy & Lana visiting the trio.

All of them should have had one last nice get together maybe at the regal beagle or at the kid's apt.

Maybe Jack should have admitted to Furley & mr. Roper that he wasn't gay.

I agree that Furley should have had a happier ending.

I would have loved to see Terri & Larry get together.

And ofcourse JACK & JANET FINALLY ADMIT THEIR LOVE FOR EACHOTHER.

Ya! Most of us wanted the similar things to happen in the end.
specially Jack & Janet getting together. Gosh!!! that just shows how DUMB the producers were. they couldn't pick up on the clues that the audience gave them.

I would have had Terri and Larry get married and move to San Fransisco, Cali as Larry gets his own car lot.. Jack and Janet would stll be the best of friends but Janet would marry Phillip. Janet would quit her job and work at Jack's Bistro and Jack would get an application for a waitress and think it sounded familiar, and yes it does...Chrissy gets hired as the other waitress for Jack's Bistro, thus the orginal trio would get together, just not be living together. (Chrissy is already married to some guy, who is also dumb, so they'd be funny together) There would be a spinoff callled Jack's Bistro, starring John, Joyce and Suzanne. Oh yes, and Furley would meet a woman who owns her own apartment building and ask Furley to co-own it with her, and they would get married. The last scene would be at Jack's Bistro looking on all the memories and then Chrissy accidentally drops her tray when she is serving people and Janet and Jack bend down and help her and the scene freezes and "Three's Company" appears, and then it gets moved off the screen with the new show name "Jack's Bistro" and that would be it.
