Alright, I'm ready to tell you all about my experience, last night.

My mom and I got there about 5 or 10 minutes before the show started. I was so anxious and ready for it to begin. I wore my Vicki & Mama: 2 Woman Show t-shirt to it. When she came up on stage, I was like, "That's actually her up there!!" She looked beautiful, as always, and she was so funny! My mom & I both laughed so hard. And, we actually got a few pics during the show, too. Some of her as Vicki and of her as Mama. I'll scan those when we get them back. But, my internet at home is down, so it might not be a while until they're posted. (I'm at the library) She sang, "The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia." And the words to the MF theme song. When she came out as Mama, she came out right on our row! It was great.

Then, afterwards, we went backstage. There was a boy from the Make a Wish Foundation, and that was his wish. She gave a lot of attention to him. We got her to sign my pic I have of her, "To Leigh Ann Love Vicki Lawrence." And, after the love, there's a little heart. We also got a pic of me standing next to her, but she's not really posing with me, she's signing someone's program. At least it's something though! And, I stood a few inches from her!!

Oh, I LOVED the MF bloopers they showed. They were hilarous! All in all, it was a very good show, and the best, magical night in my life. Everybody should get the chance to see her!

I Love Carol Burnett!

Oh, I forgot to say that backstage, we saw Al and Garrett, her son. My mom actually spoke to Garrett! She asked about Courtney, Vicki's daughter, what she was doing these days, and Garrett said that she's teaching. He's nice.

Oooo! MUCH THANKS, LEIGH ANN!!!! I'd been wondering for a few years now what her daughter was up to. That is so cool! :D

I can't wait to see the pics :D

Oh, one question - did you get to shake her hand?

I am so jealous. I want to go see her really bad but she isn't come here through the end of the year. It sounds like you had a great time. Vicki is such a wonderful person (from what I've heard).

Nope, sadly I didn't. The bus was leaving for her to go, and she barely had time to sign my pic. I think mine was the last that she did. I can't wait to get them back. My mom & I are going to the Zoo Friday (holiday) to finish up that roll. I'm actually going to send them to her to sign, if they're good enough. :D

That's a good idea! It took her about two months to send mine back. GOOD LUCK!:D

I sent an autograph request off on February 23rd and I am still waiting for it. I am anticipating it anyday now, but I know Vicki is really busy with her show and everything...
