I never understood the part at the end of that episode where when Danny says that D.J. might get a raise in her allowance when they see how many letters they get. Steph says, "I'll bet we get 18!" Then D.J. says, "Stephanie!" and Stephanie says "Oops." What was the problem with that? I don't get that part. :confused:

I did not get that part exactly either.

The only thing I can think of is that Stephanie and DJ wrote 18 of their own letters, and wanted to send it in to get DJ's allowance raised. But Danny only made that "deal" right before Stephanie and DJ had that conversation, so there couldn't have been any planning in advance. Maybe a scene was cut that explains that? I don't know, it is strange though.

I'll have to watch it right after I'm watching "The Cosby Show" on my DVR.
