Of all Sally's boyfriends, he was the only one that was either likeable or funny. (He was both.) If Wayne Knight didn't get an emmy for that role, he should have. Of course, the show wouldn't have been the same without Sally, Harry, Tommy, Mary, or Nina either. Also: Niles and C.C. on the Nanny, Ted Baxter on TMTMS, Niles, Martin and Eddy on Frasier, Uncle Fester on the Addams Family, and Bob, Jake, Linda, and Margaret on Becker. Even when just Bob left, it lost a lot of its punch.
