ah yes, lets talk about this interesting subject. why would someone in their 30's- probably making the most $ out of all the roommates, having a very steady career job,family and friends all are all in town, just suddenly take off to Hawaii. well here's my senario. terri was embessaling $ from jack's restaurant since it opened. she did it so good jack though he was making a profit but in reality he was down to nothing. with her bilking jack out of everything she had to resort to another tactic. here's were philip comes in to the picture. after meeting phil for the 1st time she knew there was something fishy about him. as it touns out janets
enheritance was really a big deal, she was simply tricked by philip to thinking it was something small. well terri hooked on the sceme. when she found out phil was after the big unsuspecting inheritance she busted philip. they made a deal with the help of terri's bookeeping skills to scam janet and get rich quick. they than became lovers. finally it was all set terri doctered some documents and after phil could divorce janet and get all the secret unknown fortune for himself and terri. well the scam worked. terri would suddenly leave for hawaii....after phillip and janet moved in their new apt-he had to go on an emergency business trip to you guest it hawaii. never to come back to janet.
good old janet was taken to the cleaners. oh as to what happened with terri and phillip. your guess is as good as mine. i did hear a rumor they did surface in houston, tx sometime in the late 90's and were working for a company called ENRON.
