For me, it was between the Bundys and the Bunkers and the Bundys won by a slim margin because Out of the Bunkers, Gloria was not funny at all.

The Harpers of Mama's Family. The Bundys were funny too though. But as far as the traditional nearly perfect family sitcom goes the Keatons win.

The Cranes via Frasier
Frasier, Martin, Niles and Daphne are without a doubt the funniest family in the history of TV.
Add to that mix Lilith and Frederick.... and you'll be laughing your ass off for hours.

For me it has to be the Arnolds from The Wonder Years, with the Bradys from The Brady Bunch a close second.

Definitely the Simpsons (DOH!). Not just the family, but about 3/4 of the town are dead-on hilarious.

The Cranes are pretty good, just before Niles opened up to Daphne.
