I never found anything funny Esther said to Fred as a insult. All she did was jump up and down and scream and holler like a fool. On the other hand, Fred would CALMLY tell Esther that she was Ugly in a different way all the time. Did anyone think Fish eye fool was funny which was one of Esther's famous lines?

Yeah! I thought her insults were funny! It's all in her delivery and the look she would give when she did it. If this show was on the radio it would still get laughs but not as many when you can see a visual of it. You ole heathen!! :lol: That's funny!

I laughed more at the jokes Fred said about Esther

Fred:To Esther,who I have made jokes about through all of these years,leave her ALONE

I think that was the joke in Surprise Party. That one was different and made me chuckle a little.

I still laugh when I think of that scene in Surprise Party.

She might have said that in Suprise Party, but I remember it in an episode where she is staying with Fred and Lamont for some reason and she is cleaning the house and Fred keeps inulting her.

If I remember right it went like this:

Esther - "Why dont you move your smelly ol' feet so I can get the nap up on the rug!"

Fred - "Why dont you bend over so I can put my foot where itll raise a nap on your head!"

Esther - "Why you ol' bean eatin beadie head bear huggin donkey!"

Fred - "Listen, it takes a jack-ass to know a donkey!"

Esther; I feel so sorry for your farther

Lamont: Why you feel sorry for my farther

Esther: Because even though I've never had a drop of liquor in my life, I know cheep liquor when I taste it
