Read in a tabloid that both actresses will be back for supporting roles when all the eastland girls get together for a wedding shower(guess who) that will be part of the filming in toronto. The new writers spent alot of time watching old tapes of the initial seasons and feel that the original girls are an integral part of FOL history.

Which Tabloid was it? Is it still on sale?

I also hear that the one person that they really were pushing for to make a cameo was non other than 80's bratpacker Molly Ringwald, but of course she declined since she doesn't have fond memories of he FOL days.

I'm really not sure if I'm going to like this movie if they bring the first season girls back. I mean, they were good in the first season but they were never really FOL. They left afer the first year. Why would they come back!

Nancy Mckeon should consider herself lucky to not being in the reunion movie. It's getting worse all the time.

Duh! Natalie needs more than just Tootie, Blair and Mrs Garrett at her bridal shower.

They didn't LEAVE... hehe, they were fired! And now that they;re older I am sure they can act better!

I'm glad there coming back in cameos to be part of Natalie's bridal shower and wedding, it's not like the movie is going to revolve around them for peet sakes. Even thogh it would be cool to see tham share equal spotlight in the opening credits like it was in season one.

I hope they play the FOL theme at the beginning of the movie. That didnt do that for the Growing Pains Movie and I was a little upset. WOnder what they'll do for this one.

What about Cindy, will she be back??

Well, I think that NMK has total control as to how much of an appearance she wants to make in this movie, if any appearance at all. It's not too late, and she can still change her mind (I honestly think she will).

Actually Max, I usually agree w/ you, but this time I think differently (please don't hate me for expressing my opinion). After purchasing the 1st volume of FOL, I have a change of heart about the 1st season girls. They were the original cast members, even though they didn't last long. I have seen the 1st season many times before, but after analyzing it again, all in all I must say that it's not that bad. Of course, Blair & Tootie were the ones who helped it survive, IMO. I am a Jo fan too, but the 1st season girls deserve more credit than most of us give them.....I would feel bad if I were one of the actresses who played in the 1st season and I was fired due to casting changes.

(Eek, notice that I am always having to edit my messages. My eyes are getting worse and worse and sometimes I don't see my mistakes the 1st time around.)

Thank god Nancy Mckeon wont be in the movie I hate her, she's a nagging bitch. But I want Julie Piekarski and Felice Schacter back, my favorite season was the first. I also like the other seasons but I just hate Nancy Mckeon!!!!

Whatever it is they're doing with the reunion, it will be better than other reunions...this time, the fans are actually being consulted!

I kinda agree about the language thing. We want to keep the board clean. I also want comment you on wanting to have the 1st season girls back. Finally someone else who likes the first season. I would like to see Jo, she did help make the show but so did Blair and the others. I'm not going to be crying if Nancy does not show up, but if so, great. Thumbs up for you voting for the 1st season girls.

Well they said there will be references to Molly Ringwald in the movie(i heard she turned them down for a cameo) to me that was an indication that the other girls were invited to appear. Maybe Lisa is keeping a few surprising secrets, i hope so.

Gosh, what about Andy? Don't you think he would come to Natalie's wedding? The actor even admitted he would do it! I'll be happy if Nancy and Sue Ann make an appearance...
