Does TVLand own the rights to that single episode of MTM??

"The Odd Couple" came back to TV Land for one time in an episode called "Password". I saw it a few weeks ago that it was on WPIX. WPIX is still airing reruns of "The Odd Couple" during its late night rotation.

How could they have Starsky & Hutch on for a half hour,when it's an hour show?
