Has anybody seen this movie "Endless Love" with Brooke Shields? That was a good movie. It was about a school student was having a love affair with a young girl. They had a song at the end of the movie. It was by Diana Ross and Lionel Richie:) I love that song. It was my cousins wedding song where David and Starr got married back in 2000.:) There is also a song heard in the film "Happy Gilmore". I heard it since I was in bed where they were watching "Happy Gilmore" in the living room.:)

Not a bad movie, but it just turned out to be one of the most depressing and tragic love stories I've seen.

I agree. I mean the guy ends up burning down the girls house and he ends up in an institution. There has to be a better way to get a girl, then burning down their house.

That's just how I felt. He finally gets to her, her father's killed, he goes crazy and is put in an institution, she doesn't want to see him anymore, so on and so forth. This coming from two people who, at the beginning, truly loved one another and belonged together. I've always liked Endless Love, but that was a hard pill to swallow after all was said and done. :(

On a happier note this was Tom Cruise's first movie.

 I was going to mention him up there. It's also the 2nd movie for James Spader, one of my favorite actors.

Endless Love was the first movie that Jami Gertz appeard in, even before she was on Square Pegs. I don't know how big her part is, because I've never actually seen this movie. It is the only movie with Jami in it that I have not seen. I always figured her part in it was pretty small though. I'll have to see Endless Love one of these days.
