Man Who burned dead omen's body released.
The man who pured gas on a murdered women's body then set it on fire besides a Girdwood road two years ago was sentenced Friday morning to 2 and a half years in prison and rleased that afternoon on parole. Garrell Byrd 19 had been in jail since shortly after the Aug 8,2002,death of Racael Peace.His timed served made him eligiable for immeditae 'GOOD TIMES'release.Byd who was indicted on four counts of hindering prosecutionand tampering with evidence pleaded no contest to one account. Peace 20, was found smolding body beyond recongniton about 6am,near the trail head off Crow Creek Road.She had been strangled earlier that day in her apartment then dumped on Girdwood road.Petr Andrews 18,and bryds brother 14, also was charged.Andrew is going to be tried next month.on eight accounts indictment including first degree murder,conspricy,coercion and vheical theft.

The reason I did this story is there is no justice,this thing(which hs is,he is not a man) can walk the streets whicle he victim is buried and her family isstill morning. This isso tubid about good time,and being time searved,good behavior. What is worng with is system.
