im just wondering how many of you became fans of the show when it was in first run and how many are like me and got to know this show through reruns i know the show can take some getting used too but if you watch it a few times it kind of grows on you . and for the record i dont like the last season at all

I had never even heard of it for years, can't believe I didn't. I saw it when they brought it to Nick@Nite and Oxygen.

I watched the entire series on ABC during its first run. I was a Roseanne fan since the beginning, and love it now more than ever.

I started I think in Feb/March of 2003.

First run. I still remember the show's premiere in 1988 coincided with my bedtime being raised to 9:30.

I still remember watching the premiere episode upon its first airing.

I watched it when it originally aired but I don't know what season I started with.

I started around July 2002 when it aired on my local FOX station around 12 at night. I used to hate it when it originally came on cause my mom watched it but I remember watching some episodes with her. When it came on FOX my brother always watched it and it was around seasons 7-9 so I didn't like it but then I saw "Inherit the Wind" and I fell in love with Lecy Goranson and from then on loved the show.

I started really watching it in early summer 2003 on TBS. I've loved it ever since. It very quickly became my all time favriote show ever, especially when it was played as a marathon when it was introduced on Nick at Nite and then on Oxygen as well.

I watched it when it was first run, and I started watching it sometime after Johnny Galecki joined the cast.

I watched it during its original run. I was 8 when it premiered, so I can't remember when I started, but the first episode I remember is Roseanne working in the beauty salon, which was season 2. I became a huge fan around the 6th season and it became an obsession with me. After it went off the air, I forgot how good it really was until I started watching again in the fall of 2002. Since then, I've seen every episode numerous times.

I watched during the original run but probably around 1993/1994 but now I've really gotten in to it.

I watched it a couple on cable but it wasn't until May/June of 2003 I really got into it. It showed On TBS at a really convient time for me.

I used to watch it around 95' but didn't really get into until it started coming on TBS back around 2001. Now it's my favorite show.
