Soaking your feet will do some good. Also, Reflexology Sox are wonderful! Not only will they help your feet, but you can also concentrate on other parts of your body. On the package, it says that it will help with PMS, headaches, hangovers, reduce stress, energize, soothe body and mind, boost immunity, detoxify, improve circulation, revitalize and balance energy.

Seems like getting used to it works best..I worked at a videostore a while back, and I had to get used to standing there for 5 hours straight. Got easier over time.

I always used to have sore feet, being a past dancer.. I would try Epsom salt. Old-fashioned, but it works.

Sportscream works too. You can find that at any CVS.
