No, not for anything bad.
I walk at the mall. A big part of the reason I've lost so much weight is because I walk like a fiend. I walk the mall in the a.m. after I take my daugter to school, usually about 3 or 4 miles. Well when I started talking to this guy (refer to my dating for old folks thread) I started to pick up the pace a bit, walking the mall at night when I get home from work (about 8:50 - 9:30). this guy is a huge fitness buff, works out like a maniac, in totally good shape. I've lost 70 pounds but I have about 40 more to go and some serious toning to do so I thought this extra walking couldn't hurt.
Tonight this janitor comes up and tells me that the mall is closed (even though the doors don't lock until 10!) and I'm not allowed in there. I don't get it. I'm not in their way, I'm not hurting anything, I just want to be able to walk. When it gets nice out and I can work mornings in the summer I can walk the outdoor walkway in the evenings. Until then I'm at the mercy of either having no where to exercise at night or just walking in the a.m.
I do some things at home (sit ups, etc) but I feel like I NEED to walk.
But yeah - I got kicked out of the mall.
