I posted this in the other post, but I wanted to start a new topic to apologize for contributing to the "madness." I acted out of charcter--if you knew me, I never fight! I'm usually quite passive and I shy away from conflict. I hope the image of myself on this board hasn't been tarnished (man I feel so dumb). But please know that I seriously didn't mean to get angry and I guess part of it was release from this week's events. Now I don't wanna make excuses for myself, but I think we can all agree that this week has affected all our moods (at least a lot of us). I stand up before all your judgements and hope I don't get rocks thrown at me. I'm sorry. Bye bye.

Hello a NaNcY FaNaTiC, as of yet, I haven't left this board yet, but I am on the verge of leaving. Not permanently, of course. I am under a lot of pressure right now, but it's not so much due to what's been going on this board or anything else- you can say it's a personal matter. I couldn't help connnect my personal crisis to the major crises that have been going on this week, fighting on this board, etc.

You didn't insult me (although my professor did). No need to apologize. I shouldn't speak for everyone else here, but I don't think they're particularly mad at you or anyone else at this board- they're just upset with everything else that's been going on in the nation and their personal lives (we are ALL affected by this).

This time, I'll go and say bye for now. On top of kicking my ego in the rear end, my professor has suddenly put a lot of pressure on me today. As of tonight, which begins the weekend, I can take a break like I'm doing now. But as of tomorrow, pressure will increase for me.

a NaNcY FaNaTiC, I know what you're saying. Everyone on these boards has been a little out of their normal selves this week. And by that I mean everyone I usually don't fight on these boards unless if I'm in a really bad mood or something bad has happened, ala the WTC thing.

I'm sorry. Let's just say, this has been one long, sad week.

Worry not. Things like this always change something. I was very depressed for a while. Though I get a little bit depressed a lot even when nothing is wrong, I think this time was worse. I'm fine now and I'm sure you will be too. The American is strong. PEACE!
