OK, i recorded a episode of Good Times Tonight and I didn't not include the commercials. After recording the opening credits, episode, and closing credits. The length was 25 minutes long. Does that means it was proably the FULL LENGTH ep? Sounds like it to me.
THe exact length was 25:25

That's very interesting. It seems so then. If I were you, I'd tape anything they air, because it'll be unedited. Who knows, in a few years or less, they will probably be ad-supported and edit their shows.

Yeah i think i will buy some 9-hour blank Tapes and record all the eps I can. I knew it was something different about these eps on TV ONE but i wasn't quite sure what it was. Even the commercials are shorter. The first commercial break is only under 2min. DAMM I'm Happy-LOL

I forgot to also say that TV One only shows "one commercial" and "one promo" at the first commercial break and then goes back to the episode. So that tells me that the eps are defintely UNEDITED.
I would tape them now because once they get picked up in more homes and start attracting move advertisers, they will probably start airing more commercials and showing edited versions. Didn't TV Land air stuff undedited when they first started? They showed very few commercials.

That's what I'm trying to do. Get as many as I can. TV One shows one commercial. I have never seen a cable channel like this.
