Some people really hate JPL, like my sisters hate him so much.
But I really don't why. I think he's really good! He's cute, and is a good singer.

Those of you who don't like JPL, tell us why you don't like him.

I have to admit, sometimes in songs he can be a little pitcy, but he still is good, and he tries his best.

I don't like him because he is not the best singer in the whole thing. Sure, he's good, but whether he has a horrible night or not, teenage girls are just going to keep voting and voting.

Granted, I am a teenage girl, but a lesbian at that (heh...) and I prefer voting on talent rather than looks.

Of course, Amy had the talent AND the looks, so it was a 2 for 1 deal :biglove:

JPL is the weakest singer in the top 12. Weaker than Leah, Camile and even John Stevens.

There is no way JPL could be taken seriously as an American Idol if he wins. His singing just isn't good enough.

I don't hate JPL- I think he's cute. But as he amply demonstrated on Tuesday, he's in iover his head in this competition. "Rocket Man" simply sucked The only good people on this show are black.

I don't hate him...I just don't want to see him win the competition because girls "think he's cute". No matter how average he sings (or even if he sounded terrible), he still gets a ton of votes.
That's not fair to the ones who sound much better. I think Amy should have went further than he did.

I like him, but that's starting to slip. I hope he redeems himself next week, because the past 2 weeks have been a little off for him, and i know hes capable of better :)

He's sucked all along and his teenies are the only thing pulling him along. Same goes for John Stevens. They're seriously making a joke out of this show. They can completely SUCK BUTT and STILL not be in the bottom three. Diana misses a note and she's in the bottom three. And yes JPL winning this thing will make a joke out of this show... if either John is still around after the next two weeks, then this show has JUMPED THE SHARK.

I hate to say this, but i had so much faith in this season, but both of them are kind of ruining it for me. Well, JPL is one of my favorites, not because he's cute or anything (although it's a plus, I guess :p ) but really, I like him because he's unique. Lately though he's just been pretty bad. He's the type of person that seems energetic and gets into his songs (like he did in A Little Less Conversation) but lately he's just seemed so out of it. I dunno, I just feel like he's not getting better after each week like oh, lets say...George and Jasmine. The thing though that keeps me wanting to vote for him is that he's unique and is capable of so much more that he's just not showing. Okay I have a feeling I'm not making sense anymore lol so I'll stop.

John Stevens though, he's just boring to watch on stage. That's the way he is. He has a good voice but he just seems so bored all time, with the exception of King of the Road (which I thought was AWESOME...my favorite of his) and the judges are always telling him he needs to get more into his songs and I guess the way he interpreted that was shown in yesterday's performance. He chose an upbeat song and got into it. He had fun. And he thought the judges would enjoy it too, but they didn't. America did though. I voted for him yesterday because I loved his performace last night, even if the judges didn't.

I just don't like him because he sucks, and whenever I see him I think of more talented people that could of been in his place instead.

I don't like him because he consistantly has bad performances. Same goes for John Stevens. Neither of them better not win or that truly does show that the music industry has died and all thats left are pop heart throbs selling music because of the way they look.

God scooter girl is better than JPL or John Stevens!! She should have been in the top 12...not them!
