The new theme, the new actress playing Maggie, and the new channel it was syndicated on. All three things broght this show to an end. The final episode as I can see in the episode guide plain sucks. Only Mr. D, Sam and Arnold are in it and su, people from school

The last season wasn't THAT bad, although Mary Ann Mobley was a terrible Maggie. Sam was alot better in this season, as well as Arnold. I liked the idea that ABC took Diff'rent Strokes into their hands.

I thought Mary Anne was OK. Quite pretty as well. The last season still had good episodes. ABC still had faith in the show when NBC had dropped it. I loved Sam's accent.

Getting rid of Diff'rent Strokes was bad on NBC's part.
