This isn't the first time I've heard this, but Ant-Lox brought it up again so I'll ask. Was Julia pregnant during the show's run? And if so, what season was this? To be honest, I never noticed.

Yeah, she was definitely pregnant for one of the seasons. Seems like it was a middle season, like 4 maybe. She always wore big clothes that covered it up.

I think she may have been pregnant twice. I think one was in season 8, I recall The Foundation as a pregnant episode.

She aint pregnant here.

I'm positive that she was pregnant during the series at least once. I was always under the impression that it was twice though.

I seen her visibly pregnant in 'The Millennium' in season 8, I didn't notice it until she came in Jerry's apartment dressed with all those clothes on from Cinco demayo's.

Alright..so I was 4 seasons off.

And I just seen the Yada Yada and she was pregnant in that one too. So I guess she was pregnant for the end of Season 8.

I'm with Lox on the season 8 stuff. Besides the big clothing & hiding her bod a little, there are a few times when her voice is trashed or she sounds like she has cold during her "with child" times too. She does seem like she was quite a trooper during those times.

As mentioned, she was pregnant twice during the show.
The following link is the 1st couple minutes of a Leno spot she did, briefly talks about her 2 kids their age. This clip is from when Watching Ellie came out, so it's may give an idea of the pregnant times.

I never put her raspy voice in The Engagement in connection with being pregnant. Interesting.

Nobody's watching it so I took the Julia/Leno clip down for some room.

Looking at the episodes again, it's kind of hard to notice it at first because her upper body doesn't get any bigger, and her face is the same.

That's what threw me off. Her face remained the same.

I guess some woman suffer from sinus problems when they're pregnant. On The King of Queens, Leah Remini sounded very nasely for half her pregnancy.

There's only so much medicine a pregnant woman can take I guess....for colds or anything.

I didn't notice much of a change in Leah's voice on King of Queens. But maybe I wasn't paying close enough attention. Heh, they sure didn't go to a lot of work to hide the pregnancy though.

There's been much discussion about Leah's voice on the King of Queen's board. Someone said that Leah was on a talk show and said it was allergies due to her pregnancy. For a couple of weeks, she sounded very stuffed up and nasely, but she's fine now.

I noticed during the episode "The Subway" Julia is pregnant.

I think that is why her character went away with that shrink so she could give birth and have some time off she wasn't in the first few episodes of the 92/93 season

So she was pregnant twice the second in 96/97.

Also they made fun of how they tried to hide Julia's pregnancy when the actress who plays CC in The Nanny was pregnant.

As for the voice and nasal problems, I also noticed in Roseanne when she was pregnant she sounded like she had a cold in a number of episodes.
