i wonder why they call it blue in the face?

Devon asked Raven to go to some concert with him, but her science grades are slipping, so she gets punished and can't go. Victor helps her with a science experiment that blows up and literally turns them blue in the face...i think.

Raven is asked by Devon to go to a Blue Rain concert, everybody paints their faces blue for the show. But Raven's parents forbid her going because her science grades have been slipping. Raven makes a deal with William...She'll help him with his fashion problems as long as he does her science project for her. But when Raven forgets to make him clothes, William tears up the paper with the science project on it. Raven manages to fit the pieces back to together again but her dad shreds it by mistake! Victor promises to try and find the paper. Raven goes to school and she freestyles, she throws in everything she can see into the beaker, but the science project blows up! Just as Victor walks in! So Raven and Victor are blue....literally!
