I have a question about Gia. On the show they joked about how Gia has been held back. For example:

Stepahnie..."You would know you've been in it three times." (reffereing to the 6th grade)

Gia. "It was two so ha."

And then...

Gia. "Hi little Michlle, are you ready for your first day of third grade?"

Michelle. "Are you ready for your third year of 7th?"

So, if Gia had spent two years in 6th grade and going onto her third year of 7th, that would make her about 15 or 16. Do you think she really was held back all those years, or do you think they just joke because she isn't very smart. I mean if she was 15 or 16 why would she be be hanging out with Stephanie who is 12?

good question, lol. not to be a perv, but she certainly looks older than 12 or 13, lol. My guess is that she was held back one/two year(s) but is teased becuase of it (i doubt she was held back 3 yrs each for 6th and 7th grade...)....plus THIRD grade = 3, so Michelle was probably just playing around that. Not sure though, it wasn't something really discussed on the show!

Any other ideas?
