If that isn't redundancy, I don't know what is.

And what do you consider "getting a life"?

Even I have to agree to that. I could see if she played a character that wasn't based on her or her life. That would be interesting to see what her acting style would be like, but a version of herself? Come on! It almost sounds like the show should be called:Me, The Schizophrenic Jessica Simpson: Versions of Myself, But Not Always Quite Me.

If it bothers you THAT much maybe YOU are the one who needs to get a life. Ever think about that?

I heard her new ABC show might be a "variety show" much like the old Sonny and Cher and Brady Bunch Hour shows from the 70's, with songs, sketches and guest stars.

I can't wait to see Nick and Jess doing an opening monologue.

If they need writers, I'm available.

I'm assuming that he does since he was telling someone else to "get one."

Exactly. Not all reality tv is real. She even admits to playing it up for the camera. If she acted as normal as she could, the show wouldnt be as funny. Entertainment = $$$.

I sort of agree that Nick and Jessica DO sort of need to get lives. I'm only two years younger than Nick and if I went around acting like him, I would probably loose not only respect, but probably my job. Nick is 30 and Jessica is 24, most people their ages in real life could never get away with acting the way that Nick and Jessica do. Everyone would tell them to grow up and act their age. So maybe I'm not so much saying that they need lives, but that they need to grow up.

Jessica Simpson is a dumbass, and I don't care about her and Nick's relationship, but I admit I watch The Newlyweds. It's a guilty pleasure.

Who cares if Jessica is a big idiot? She's hot. Nick is very lucky. I like my ladies to have some intelligence, but damn... Jessica is an exception. She's extremely sexy.
