wow..that's a lot...I'll take a crack at Charlotte Rae/Mrs. Garrett...feel free to correct me if you think I'm completely off-base..it's been a while, guys and girls...

birth place--Milwaukee, WI

hair color--brunette

nationality--American..her parents were Russian, though, if that's what you meant...

height--I've read both 5' 2" and 5' 1/2"...I have a tendency to think 5'2"...

eye color--sometimes they look blue, sometimes they look grayish...it depends on what she's wearing and what colors she's around, I think...

Mrs. Garrett:
eye color/height and nationality are the same...
I have no idea about birth DATE for her...
birthplace: Appleton, WI
Hair colo: red...as far as we know...
