ok so this cute girl gave me her phone number last night, and said to call her, so just wondering what do you think is the appropraite length of time to wait till I should call her, i usually wait about 2 days, i am interested... ;)

Exactly. She wouldn't have given you the number if she didn't want to call. I wouldn't wait more than 2 days, she'll think you aren't interested.

I knew everyone would think my advice (which is actually Doc. Love--a relationship genius's advice) would be bad. But the fact that someone would eventually call (and a few more days isn't that much more), means they are interested. But in waitng almost a week it absolutely avoids someone looking too eager.

Not to mention it tests the girl. If any girl were to say "Oh, you waited a week and that's too long, so now I'm not interested," then that means they weren't that interested to begin with.

It's best not to appear too eager. Two or three days is okay, unless you told her you'd call her the next day.

Of course asking me for advice on women is like asking Michael Jackson for tips on parenting, so do whatever the Hell you want.

coming from a girl who never has the guts to give any guy her number unless they ask for it, IF I gave you my number though, I would understand if you waited two days, but no longer then that.

Me neither, I'm just going by what I think I'd want them to do.

Sometimes, I'll give-out my number and the person calls within 2-5 days. So, ya, I'd say within 2-5 days.

well, i would say its better to wait - its been a long time since i've gotten a number, but i know from personal experience that 15 minutes is DEFINATELY too short.
