my favorites are:

-Single and Hating It
-Olive Or Twist (it had it's stupid parts, but there are a few really funny scenes)
-Wingless (parts 1, 2, and 3)
-Dreamgirl
-Final Approach (parts 1 and 2)

(In the order I think of them):

1. Oedipus Wrecks - Where Brian and Casey date a mom/son combo and Roy's been humiliated by a clown at the circus. This is an episode I didn't see until I got the DVD and it's a new favorite.

2. Final Approach - The two part finale. I love everything about it.

3. Wingless (All three parts) - I know that's cheating, but I love the whole story, I can't single one episode out of the three and I don't want to waste the last three spots on one story.

4. Just Call Me Angel - Though it seems odd that the second pilot would run to the bathroom, knowing that the plane would just go down with no one at the helm. I guess when you gotta go, you gotta go, lol.

5. Let's Talk About Sex - "But she's Mary Pat Lee and he's... Roy!" I believe this is the episode where Roy refers to Joe as his best friend, lol.

1)The Gift of Life(if nothing except for the great line from Faye - "I've got an organ in my hands and I don't know what to do with it!".;), plus the great Halloween costumes they are all dressed up in.

I've been waiting to reply on this till I'd seen all of S8 again on DVD. Here goes:

Olive or Twist (The scene in Albee's bedroom is just hilarious!)
The Gift of Life ("Where are you getting 'escaped mental patient'?!")
Single and Hating It ("When will mother die?!")
Wingless (all 3 parts)
Final Approach (Both parts. I thought it was a really sweet way to end, and I love that they brought it back to where it all started w/ Joe and Brian's dad.)
