The famous Sam and Diane Showdown "Office Scene" is used by other series AFTER cheers

I've seen in it in two others: in Frasier with that Julia woman and in Step by Step (my little sis watches it and the one episode I saw they did the bit from the office scene "Are you as turned on as I am?") I didn't know the scene was this well known....well at least among writers.

Other writers stole it!!!!!!!How dare them!!!!!!! lol:lol:

Hmm. I saw another show where they used this line. I forget which one it was.... :o

Well.... the "Frasier" one was one big inside joke.... that ANY Cheers/Frasier fan would instantly pick up.

But the best part was when Julia answered something like "are you crazy?!".... and then everybody at KACL has to go to a sexual harassment seminar!

well yes, the Frasier thing was ok, it was really funny because she goes "Who the hell says turned on anymore???!! I haven't heard that phrase in 20 years" which is actually when the showdown scene happened exactly 20 years before the one in frasier.

But they do use it in other shows.

I remember the Frasier one. :lol:
