Hey Guys,

This was the one where Alex decides to drop Andy from the preschool program because it teaches cooperation and non-competitive values.

Did TV Land cut a scene out in the beginning where Alex is talking to Andy about pre-school and he says "Now Andy, on your first day, all the kids are going to be saying what they did over the summer, some are going to say "I went to the zoo...what are you going to say?"

Andy: "I watched the Iran-Contra hearings!"

Is this from that episode or another one?

Nick at Nite used to cut out Steven's line where he ready the patch on Andy's shirt that says, "I know how to itemize deductions." He says, "Wow! they are really moving fast there!"

This is a very funny episode!

Anyway, it was a different episode about the Iran-Contra Hearings quote. Andy was too young in this episode. And I think Lauren was on then and she isn't on this episode.

TV Land did not cut out Steven's line about Itemizing deductions and how they really move fast. I know because I saw this episode on TV Land last night. I think I have this episode on tape from when it was on N@N. I will check it and see if the episode is different.

I love the line about the Liberal Tax Monster!

I like how the teacher points out that she's the one who works there, and Alex tells her that's great and to go get art supplies.

My two favorite scenes from this episode:

The one where Andy walks into the kitchen and says his first line in the series: "Alex, does this tie go?" That is so cute!

And the one where Andy is playing house at the preschool with a little girl. Alex asks him what he is doing. Andy answers, "Diapering a doll." Then Alex asks him where his wife is and Andy answers, "Out working." Then Alex grabs him and runs out of there. Very funny scene! :lol:
