Perfect Strangers-Great opening theme but horrible show.

Family Ties-great opening theme but never got into the show

All in the Family - I know its a classic show, but just a little too political for me. Either way.... definately one of the best themesongs ever.

Kinight Rider, or vice versa I liked "The Nanny" but hated the theme song

I like the theme song, "Everybody Knows Your Name", but I could care less for Cheers.

Hogan's Heroes - OK theme song, but one HORRIBLE show.

Silver Spoons -- Mostly before my time.

There's been a few, but I can't think of them right now. Mainly I just like instrumental themes. Ones with words are always really cheesy and lame.

Friends, Cagney and Lacey.

I like some of The Cosby Show intros... but can't get into the show(maybe because it's on 100 times a day?)

I love the Cheers theme song but never watched the show very much.:D

I forgot to add Family Ties and Step By Step

Mine would be Family Ties and Growing Pains, since they were sung by two of my favorite artists, Johnny Mathis and B. J. Thomas.:cool: (Granted, B. J. didn't sing on the later episodes of GP.)

I remember loving the opening credits/theme song to Grand, yet I can't remember anything about the actual show

Yeah it's the second theme i like. I wouldn;t mind buying the CD-LOL

Mama's Family and Newhart

Giving it some thought, I'd have to say the themes to Mr. Belvedere and Punky Brewster were both pretty good. Actually, I think both were written by Gary Portnoy and Judy Hart Angelo (the same team behind the Cheers theme), but only the Punky theme was sung by Portnoy.

Terrible shows, though.

I can't even remember the theme songs for Punky Brewster and Mr. Belvedere because it's been close to 20 years since I heard them. Plus neither one of these shows has been in syndication.

If you go to the Sitcoms Online main page, you can listen to them (though the Mr. Belvedere theme on the site is the syndication edit).
