This DVD box set was poorly put together.
I'm not talking about the quality of the DVDs themselves, but has anyone noticed that it is badly mis-labled.

All this disks differ by one episode from what is listed on the box. For example, the
first episode listed on the box for disk 2, is actually the last episode on disk 1. The other disks follow suite. On disk 4, the episodes on the disk are recorded in the reverse order of what is listed on the box (the final episode of season 2 is the first episode on disk 4, not the last).

Has anyone else noticed this or am I losing my mind?

And BTW, the extras (if you can call them extras) are very disappointing.

Yeah, the extras do stink. I was expecting outtakes and commentaries and all we get are visual collages (or 'featurettes')... big deal!
