I saw a bit on the news earlier where they were live at the taping of the final episode, which is happening today (3/23). A brief moment was shown of them shooting a scene where Martin, Ronee, Frasier, and Niles were at some sort of banquet hall talking about the wedding.

So...it's over now for the cast. Frasier has ended, and we have only until May before we can join in.
