Last night me and 5 friends went to a club, and they wouldn't let us in (we're all 15- it's an 18 disco)- and I'm actually older than all of them by months. Anyhoo- he (bouncer) wouldn't let any of us in so we broke into groups (the 3 who thought they had more chance of getting in went in 1 group- kind of throws the balance)- and went back to the door and the first 3 got in- and we didn't! Then they closed the doors and wouldn't let ANYONE else in.

What actually pisses me off is the guy letting people in- he actually admitted to letting people he knew were underage, inside- but because they looked a bit like they were old enough. I hate people like that- almost hypocritical.

The good thing is I can now in the future not waste my time going to that club.

Anything like this ever happened to any of you?

I'm not mad or anything- I'm just annoyed that the guy wouldn't let us in then later let SOME of us in- for no really good reason.

15 year olds trying to get into a 18- older club is dumb. Most places check ID so it's a waste of time trying to go somewhere you can't get into.

That's dumb stick with your own age and stop trying to grow up so fast you have it so easy you have no idea. Being an adult is hard be a kid while you still can.

The guy just wanted to vent. We all do that. I don't think you have the right to judge him so harshly. Sure it might have been not the best thing in the world to do, but honestly, how many of you have done things you now consider dumb when you were younger? I'm sure most of you have. As did I.

I guess I can understand you being annoyed with that bouncer. When I was younger I probably would have been mad too. It wasn't a very smart thing to do on your part but just look at it this way. One of these days he will probably get caught letting underage kids in and end up losing his job.

I tried that once. Some friends of mine were trying to get me into a bar, i was 16 at the time, but they didn't believe my friends when they told them i was 18, so i had to sit in the car while they went inside.

this isn't real..i could care less if anyone here likes me or not. and i really find it offensive that you are calling me schitzo, and saying that i have a mental condition which i don't. you don't see me making fun of you with things not are not true and that i just made up because it sounds funny. I think you need to grow up.

It happened all the time when I was a club goer. There was this club called The Limelight in NYC that would only let you in if you looked and dressed a certain way. Of course I was of age, but still I know what it's like to not get in a club once in awhile. :)

I think you need to first. You saying something like that to me or anyone else on the boards and it was clearly obvious that you didn't mean it in a joking manner, or else they're be a ":p" or a ":lol:" or a "j/k" accompanying your post. Don't even say anymore because obviously you're angry towards me for something and won't let it go, so you continue to hold this ridiculous grudge and let it speak for you. The one time I speak up, you suddenly can't take it.

If you can dish it, you can certianly take it.

And I'm done with you in this topic because I'm not going to let another good thread get locked because of you.

Over here no clubs check ID- which is kinda dumb. I didn't really wanna go to the place that much- just cos everyone else was.

Actually overe here in the UK, clubs DO check ID's quite strictly.
And believe me as i work in a club over here, if a bouncer or a barman doesnt check ID, its their job on the line aswell as the club's license.
