VCR or the RF Noduator?

You can connect it to your VCR, but when I did the same thing, the quality of the DVD's went down.

What do you mean by the quality went down?

The overall sharpness of the video will drop if you go through the VCR.

I do that for the vcr since dvd players don't record nor record from one "recorder" to the next like vcrs and they are expensive for dvd players to do that.

Some DVDs scramble if you hook the DVD player up through the VCR

RF Modulator, I have to use one for mine, I would never use it through my VCR, it even says about the quality going down in the DVD manual.

The color, sharpness and over overall quality will be much darker.

When I was hooking my DVD player up, the directions said not to hook it up through the VCR but that was the only way I could do it. It works fine for me.

yup they make them like that so nobody can copy them

Recorders you can, but regular DVD players have to go straight into the TV. I have only one set of AV inputs in my TV, so I had to hook things up thru other things.

Well I guess i will just hook it up to the RF Modulator. I don't need anymore DVD player problems the rest of this year.
