I don't know if any of you watch this wonderful Fox comedy, Arrested Development, which airs Sunday night on Fox (9:30ET). Ron Howard is one of the executive producers and also narrates the show, hilariously I might add. His delivery is so dry and witty, but soothing as his voice is so easy to listen to.
Henry Winkler has a recurring guest role as an incompetent lawyer, Barry Zuckercorn. He is just fabulous in this role. There was a special airing of a new episode on Wed. following American Idol, and the highlight of the show was Henry/Barry having a conference in the mens room. At the end he turned to comb his hair and did the famous Fonzie move----looked in the mirror and decided not to comb, he looked perfect.:lol:
Henry is on again on this Sunday's episode. And for anyone who has not had a chance to catch this show, FX is running a marathon on Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm of 6 episodes. The show is even funnier when taped as even more jokes visual and otherwise are evident. Ratings are still low but critics love the show, and is developing a cult following on the internet at various sites. It has been nominated for and won several awards already, even though it only premiered in November. It was named the Future Classic Show at the recent TVLAND awards.
It is a very different show but really grows on you and the characters as portrayed by the actors are awesome. I am just hoping it is not cancelled!
