Q: Are Grace and Karen still working together? And what IS Grace's business, specifically??

Q: Did Grace move out of Will's apt. and if so, where did she go??

Karen still wroks for Grace as a "secretary," although they really haven't been doing much work as of late.

It's getting harder for them to film the obviously pregnant Debra Messing, so they just have her sitting down a lot.

Yes, but they are estranged. Grace thought she could handle the globetrotting lifestyle of her "Docs Without Boarders" hubby, but she returned to New York leaving him overseas.
My guess is the divorce will probably be tied into this year's season finale.

You asked about Grace and Will living together and they are at the moment. Much like on "Friends," the characters living arrangements have changed alot over the years, with the exception of Will.

WILL - Has lived in the same apartment since the beginning of the series except for one episode where he and Grace moved to a bigger apartment.

GRACE - Lived with Danny (her ex-fiance) during the first 2 episodes. Lived with Will for the rest of the first season. Lived in her own apartment accross the hallway from Will for the entire 2nd season and the first 3 episodes of the 3rd season. Moved back in with Will for the rest of the 3rd season, the entire 4th season and the first several episodes of the 5th season. Moved with Will to a bigger apartment for 1 episode in the 4th season. Married Leo and moved into an apartment with him in Brooklyn for the rest of the 5th season and half of the 6th season. Is currently living back with Will until Leo returns.

KAREN - Lived with Stan in their huge mansion like apartment complex for the first 4 seasons and the first few episodes of the 5th season. When she found out that Stan was cheating on her, she and Rosario moved into the Plaza Hotel for a few episdoes. Moved in with Will for one episode, returned to the Plaza Hotel for most of the 5th season until Stan died then moved back into their mansion apartment.

JACK - Lived with Will in his apartment for the first 2 episodes. Moved in with his mother for most of the 1st season. Moved into Karen's penthouse when he married Rosario for the entire 2nd season. Moved back in with Will for for the first 3 episodes after the divorce. Moved into Grace's old apartment accross the hall and has been there ever since.

Alot of moving, ha?
