Greedy Gretchen was a little overrated by Larry. I was not impressed with her on Three's Company or Three's a Crowd.

She probably, uh, performed well. :rolleyes:

My guess is that she was called "Greedy" because she was like a female version of Larry (or Dan Fielding)

Yeah, I watched that episode just now and there's a lot I don't understand. First of all, if Larry's supposed to be this cool 'ladies man,' why was he so shy around Terri? Also, what was up with the three numbers that Larry mentioned that convinced Jack to get up to go out with Gretchen. Also, it was a bit weird that Mr. Furley saw Jack on a date with a woman, how would they have explained that?

Overall, it was a good episode though.

She was in one of episode of Three's Company and Three's a Crowd. But i don't think you want to see what she looks like. She looks like Marilyn Monroe on Crack-LOL

Her real name is Terese Ganzel. For those of you older folks, she also appeared several times with Johnny Carson on the Tonight Show doing skits.

I really don't think she that bad looking, i think its a bad picture of her. I'm almost positive that she was on a few episodes ,and I recall hearing her name mentioned on at least a few other episodes as well. I think her character stands out so much cause of her name. Really how many guys would ever forget a name like that???? Probably none !!!!

Thanks sitcom analyer. Its seems like all of you out there know all your "girls of three's company". Perhaps someone can help me solve a mystery- and no , i'm not refering old Robert Stack show.
About four years ago there was an article in one of the tabloid magazines(i think it was the star)about the death of a former three's company actress. Of course there idea of starring on the show if you appreared on an episode or two. I remember specifically she was blonde, and the tab had mentioned she had played Jack's girlfriend on the series. Reading further it was only one episode-I recall most about her picture that she had to be so obscure character/actress that I didn't even recongnize by face, or ever appearing on the show-they didn't mention specfic episode. I know it was his girlfiend Linda from her mult episodes. Nor am i referring to the woman that record producer phil spector murdered last year. The person I think she might be is the actress who played on THE RAPEST. I looked though in imdb.com...there is no info on here. Can anyone help solve a mystery?

I think the actress name was LANA CLARKSON. She played in the episode-"Alias Jack Tripper" I could be wrong

No i'm not refering to Lana Clarkson-the actress murdered by Phil Spector last year. I left out some info from article as I recall it. They showed a picture of her, she was blonde. She was on a cruise with her husband and she was very ill and depressed. Sadly took her own life on the cruise by sufficating herself to death. I dont recall how old she would have been. But let me clarify it wasnt the above mentioned Clarkson, nor the actress who played his girlfriend Linda on serveral episodes.

It's going to remain a mystery unless you provide more info like her description, or the title of the episode she played in-LOL

dear sitcom analyzer perhaps you are having trouble understanding my original post. this was an article in a tabloid that i read about 4 years ago....it showed her picture she was blond, described she once played jack's girlfriend on three's comp
mentioned how she died, etc. this woman had to be some obscure actress who happened to be on 3's comp episode...like a said i don't recall the name or face cause it was no one that i recongnized from my recollection of past 3's comp episodes. i think it might be the woman who played the sex theropist jack was dating when janet mistakened her for a call girl. janet's dad came to visit on the show as well-at the end of the episode janet graps her business card and says THE RAPIST , when describing her job title, the show was from around 83-84
episode, and i believe the actresses name was susan...something. but i'm not sure if i'm refering to the right episode or person. so i've no idea for sure what her name is or specifically what episode she would have been on. I'm just wondering if anyone out there every ran across an article like that or recall hearing of this actresses demise. thanks BuffaloBill

Her last name is Walden

i was able to look up susan walden info on imdb.com - it show no picture, no personal info(no date of birth, birthplace,etc). they are real accurate in their info. it did show she had a guest appearence
on another show in april, 2001.....which was well after the tabloid article i saw.....so i'm sure its not her. thanks so far for your help, hopefully someone else can chime in with more info.
